What is your processing time?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after your order is placed.
Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional periods, periods of high order volume, product availability issues, or other special circumstances.
All estimated processing and delivery times are calculated in business days.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been prepared and shipped.
Please allow some time for the carrier to scan your package and update the tracking information after your tracking number has been generated.
In some cases, items within the same order may be shipped separately depending on product availability and fulfillment location.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping worldwide on orders over $30 USD.
For orders below $30 USD, shipping fees will be automatically calculated at checkout.
What about customs fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated at checkout.
